A woman wrapped in dark fabric in a shadowed forest

SEEN

SEEN

An experience in being fully seen without having to perform.

An outdoor, creative, experiential women's gathering — photography, intuitive movement, color, fabric, nature, and being witnessed by other women.

The heart of the experience

Many women have spent years being looked at.

Evaluated.

Compared.

Judged.

Photographed.

Desired.

Criticized.

Expected to look a certain way.

Expected to behave a certain way.

Expected to be attractive.

Successful.

Strong.

Easy.

Happy.

Feminine.

Accomplished.

Put together.

But being looked at and being seen are not the same thing.

SEEN explores a different question:

What would it feel like to be seen without having to perform?

Not

How do I look?

Is this flattering?

What should I do with my body?

What's my good side?

Do I look feminine enough?

Am I doing this right?

What will people think?

Instead

Can I simply be here?

Can I move naturally?

Can I take up space?

Can I be still?

Can I be playful?

Can I be serious?

Can I be soft?

Can I be powerful?

Can I be raw?

Can I be uncertain?

Can I let myself be witnessed without turning myself into a performance?

Who were you before you learned who you had to be?

What happens when you don't have to become anything for the camera?

Come to the woods. Come to the ocean. Move. Stand still. Wrap yourself in a color you love. Let the wind move the fabric. Let your body move however it wants. Let yourself take up space. Or don't move at all.

There is nothing here you need to become. For a little while, you get to practice simply being.

Starting November 1

When you're ready to be seen.

Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.

Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
