Why this exists
Who were you before you learned who you had to be?
This question became personal to me. Not because I found one perfect answer. Because I had to learn to ask it.

Certification
Narcissistic Abuse Specialist
CPD Certified · School of Healing & Growth Ltd · 80 CPD hours
This is a Continuing Professional Development certificate, issued through the CPD Certification Service, an independent UK body that sets standards for professional training. It confirms I completed 80 hours of study on the dynamics of narcissistic abuse and how survivors recover. It is education that supports my coaching. It is not a clinical license, and it sits alongside my lived experience, not in place of it.

Art Therapy Practitioner
Scholistico · Completed February 10, 2025
This certificate of completion shows I finished the Scholistico art therapy practitioner course, which carries CPD (Centre of Excellence), IPHM and CMA accreditation. It trained me to guide creative expression as a way to process what words can't reach. I offer it as a gentle, supportive tool within coaching. It is not art therapy as a licensed clinical treatment.

Holistic Health Practitioner
Scholistico · Completed February 11, 2025
This certificate of completion shows I finished the Scholistico holistic health practitioner course, accredited by CPD (Centre of Excellence), IPHM and CMA. It trained me to look at wellbeing as a whole, including mind, body, lifestyle and spirit, which is the same whole-being approach I bring to this work. It supports my coaching and is not medical advice or treatment.

Somatic Coach
Certified Excellence · Completed with Distinction
This certificate of completion shows I passed the training and final exam to become a Somatic Coach, with distinction. The course is accredited by IPHM, the International Association of Therapists and the Complementary Medical Association. It trained me to guide body awareness and nervous system regulation, which is the heart of the somatic practice I bring to this work. It is coaching education, not a clinical license.
View certificateWhat I've lived
What I've lived has shaped me as much as what I've studied. I am a survivor of rape, emotional abuse, domestic abuse, and narcissistic abuse. I walked through a spiritual awakening, a dark night of the soul, and an ego dissolution that changed my entire life and the way I see the world. I bring all of it — not as a credential, but as the ground this work stands on.
I am a coach, not a licensed psychotherapist.
The work may include:
When something belongs with a therapist, psychiatrist, physician or crisis professional, I respect that boundary.
How I lead
The values I lead from.
Credentials tell you what I've studied. These tell you how I'll actually be with you.
Authenticity
I show up as a real person, not a finished one. I bring my actual humanity into the room — the questions I still hold, the lessons I had to learn the hard way — so you don't have to perform a version of yourself to meet me.
Presence
I'm not half-listening while planning what to say next. I'm here, with you, in the moment you're actually in. Steady attention is most of what makes a space feel safe enough to risk something new.
Deep intuition
I listen for what's underneath the words — the thing you almost said, the part your body is already telling you. I trust the slower signal, and I help you trust it too.
Perspective & empathy
I can hold the wider view without losing the felt one. The pattern you're inside of, and how much it hurts to be inside it. Both are true, and both belong in the room.
You deserve to be met by someone who's actually there.
