Return to Movement
Strength without leaving yourself behind.
A possible future offering for women who want to feel strong, capable and alive in their bodies — without treating the body as something to conquer.

Why I Created This
For years, movement was tied to performance. I was a Division I runner in college, later competed professionally in obstacle course racing, and also coached track & field and Nordic skiing.
That background taught me discipline, resilience, and how powerful movement can be. But my own healing journey forced me to understand the body in a very different way — and what I found was not a rejection of the athlete I had been, but an integration of both sides of myself.
A different approach to women's fitness
I want to explore an approach to women's movement where strength and challenge still matter — but where the body isn't something to conquer.
Some days strength means pushing. Some days strength means recovering.
The goal is learning ourselves well enough to know the difference.
The intersection I'm curious about
This isn't about treating women as fragile, or treating stress and intensity as inherently harmful. I was a high-level athlete and I still believe deeply in challenge, strength, resilience, and discovering what our bodies are capable of. The distinction is challenge from connection rather than challenge from self-abandonment.
This offering would be about movement, education, body awareness, and general wellness — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or exercise prescribed for medical conditions.
Personal Training for Women
A body that feels like yours — strong, capable, and trusted.
One-on-one personal training for women who want real strength and conditioning — without the self-abandonment the fitness world often demands. We train hard when it serves you, and we rest like it matters, because it does.
Strength built with you
Resistance, conditioning, and progressive training — scaled to your body, your cycle, your season. Challenge that builds you up rather than wearing you down.
Nervous-system first
We read what your body is actually asking for. Hard days push. Tired days recover. You learn to tell the difference instead of defaulting to push-through.
One-on-one, women only
Private sessions designed around a woman's physiology and life — not a generic program copied from the men's side of the gym.
Movement, education, body awareness, and general wellness — not medical treatment, diagnosis, or exercise prescribed for medical conditions.

Starting November 1
When you're ready to move.
Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.
Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
