Explore the Ways

There are many ways back.

Many rivers and paths branching and spiraling downward — many ways back

Not a straight line. Not a sequence. Not something you have to get right. Just different ways women find their way back to themselves.

You don't have to start at the beginning. You just have to start where you are.

The Healing Spiral

Not a straight line. A spiral.

A framework for understanding the journey — not a fixed sequence. You may enter at different points, move back and forward, or revisit a stage later from a new place. No single practice carries the whole journey; it often weaves therapy, bodywork, community, faith, rest, and creativity together. Underneath it all, the movement is toward yourself — from who you had to become to survive, toward who you are underneath.

01

Pain / Rupture

Something feels wrong.

An unhealthy relationship. Family dynamics. Burnout. A breakup. Identity loss. Achievement that no longer feels meaningful. Or simply knowing, “I can’t keep living like this.” You may not have language for it yet.

02

The Dark Night

The old way no longer works.

Grief, confusion, loneliness. The way you understood yourself, relationships, or life no longer holds. For some, this is a spiritual dark night. Suffering isn’t required for transformation — but when it comes, you don’t have to be alone in it.

03

Understanding / Education

What happened? What am I experiencing?

Emotional abuse, gaslighting, trauma bonds, family systems, attachment, nervous-system responses, boundaries, people-pleasing. Education gives you language without trapping you in endless analysis. The question shifts from “Why are they doing this?” toward “What am I experiencing? What do I need?”

04

Unbecoming

What is actually mine, and what did I learn to become?

Family roles. Perfectionism. Over-functioning. Achievement identity. Beliefs about love and worth. These were intelligent responses to earlier environments. The question isn’t whether they were wrong — it’s whether they still serve you.

05

Feeling / Embodiment

Can I experience myself, not just understand myself?

Body awareness, grounding, gentle somatic practices, movement, breath, nature, creativity. Curiosity over interpretation. No one tells you what your body means. No forced catharsis. Just permission to feel what’s here.

06

Integration

How does understanding become living?

Therapy → Insight → Practice → Everyday Life. Practicing boundaries. Role-playing difficult conversations. Recognizing patterns in real time. Tolerating the discomfort of behaving differently. This is where coaching complements therapy.

07

Becoming

Who am I choosing to become?

Identity. Values. Voice. Boundaries. Creativity. Spirituality. Intuition. Strength. Softness. Purpose. Play. Rest. This is expansive, not corrective — making room for parts of yourself that may not have had room to exist.

08

Living

At some point, healing gets to become living.

Paint because you love painting. Move because movement feels good. Travel. Create. Build friendships. Fall in love. Rest. Play. Make choices simply because they are yours. The destination isn’t permanently healed — it’s becoming increasingly able to participate in your own life.

Then life continues.

A new relationship, loss, or season may bring you back into another layer of the spiral — from a different place, with more of yourself.

Integration isn't a finish line. It's increasingly knowing how to return — to your body, your voice, your values, and the life waiting underneath survival. It is in the living.

Starting November 1

Find your way in.

Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.

Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
