For referring therapists
A place to send your clients between sessions.
Group support that holds the body, the voice, and the becoming — a complement to the clinical work you're already doing, not a replacement for it.
What this is
Adjunct group support — not psychotherapy, and never a substitute for it.
Wild Haven exists in the space between sessions — the long stretch where a client is back in their life, trying to remember what they learned on your couch. The work here is somatic, witnessed, and held in community: a place to practice the body, the voice, and the belonging your clinical work points toward.
It is designed to complement the therapy you provide — to keep a client resourced and in motion between appointments, and to surface, gently, what may be ready to come into the room with you.
What your clients can join
Women's Circles
Small, held gatherings — somatic, witnessed, slow. The kind of group that keeps a client in practice between your sessions.
Workshops & Series
Four-week themed containers (untangling, becoming, coming home) that move alongside therapy without overlapping it.
SEEN
Private, witnessed experiences — being met without performance. Often unlocks what the room hasn't yet.
Scope & safety
What this work is — and what it isn't.
It is
- — Somatic, body-based group practice
- — Witnessed, held community
- — A complement to ongoing therapy
- — A place to practice between sessions
It isn't
- — Psychotherapy or clinical treatment
- — A substitute for your care
- — For clients in acute crisis
- — A diagnostic or treatment plan
If a client needs a higher level of care — a therapist, a program, the next right step — that plan is supported here, never competed with. The goal is the same one you hold: her wellbeing.
For clients in acute crisis or at risk, please route to crisis or clinical care first — the Need Help Now page lists immediate resources.
Free 20-minute consult
Let's talk before you refer — for any offering, including group circles.
A free 20-minute call to talk through fit, scope, and how this would sit alongside the care you're already providing. You're welcome to this whether you're referring to a one-on-one or simply curious whether a circle is right for your client.
Share this page with a colleague, or hand the link to a client in session.
