Coming Home to Yourself

Coming home to yourself — inside relationship and outside of it.

If you've lost yourself inside a relationship — or forgotten who you are outside of one — this is one way back to yourself.

From Attachment to Conscious Love

Many of us learned relationships through attachment wounds, conditioning, and survival — not conscious choice. Underneath can run quiet beliefs like these:

Don't leave me.

If I give enough, you'll stay.

If I become what you need, I'll be safe.

If someone desires me, I must be valuable.

If I set a boundary, I may lose the relationship.

Conscious relationship asks a different question — not "how do I keep you?" but "can I love you and still belong to myself?"

The goal is not to need no one. The goal is healthy interdependence.

Not "I can't be okay without you." Not "I don't need anybody." But: I am rooted in myself, my values, and my own life — and I can love and attach to you without making you responsible for my worth.

Can I hear you without losing myself?

Can I disagree without fearing abandonment?

Can I need you without making you responsible for my identity?

Can I love without leaving myself?

The Central Message

Everything returns to coming home to yourself.

Learning why you left yourself. Understanding the patterns that taught you to. Hearing your body again. Building self-worth that doesn't depend on being chosen. Setting boundaries without believing they mean abandonment. Exploring sexuality consciously. Deepening your relationship with God. Being alone without feeling abandoned. Allowing yourself to receive.

Someone else may leave me. I will no longer leave myself.

I don't have to mother you, rehabilitate you, audition for you, sleep with you to keep you, or abandon myself to be chosen by you.

I can desire partnership, marriage, a man. Be feminine and receptive if that's authentic. Deeply attach, need, receive, and experience extraordinary intimacy — without disappearing from my own life.

That is conscious love.

You don't need to become less loving. You learn to love without leaving yourself.

Starting November 1

Come home to yourself.

Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.

Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
