Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can. This explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and what you write when you register for a gathering, send an inquiry, join the community or newsletter, or request a consultation. For registrations this can include emergency contact details, screening answers, agreement and consent records, and an electronic signature. If you create an account, we store your login details and any reflections you save in your profile.
What we do not collect
The feelings wheel, check-in and grounding practices do not save or send what you tap. Reflections you write in your profile are visible only to you.
How we use it
To run gatherings and communicate with you, process payments and refunds, screen registrations for fit and safety, send confirmations and the newsletter you chose to receive, answer your messages, and keep the site working and secure.
Who sees it
Only the site owner and facilitator can see registration and inquiry details. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help run the site (hosting, email, payment processing, scheduling), and when the law requires it. Payments are handled by a third-party processor, and we do not see your full card number.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited, and browser storage needed to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Sensitive information
Some details you share may be sensitive, such as your experiences or health-related answers. Share only what you are comfortable with. We use it only for the purpose you gave it for.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed to run gatherings and meet legal and accounting needs. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from emails at any time through the contact form. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. To make a privacy request, use the contact form on the Work With Me page.
