Family

Sometimes it started long before the relationship.

If you grew up keeping the peace, being the strong one, or becoming whoever the family needed — this is one way back to yourself.

Learning to Survive

Long before we understand boundaries or self-worth, we are learning how to exist inside a family.

We notice:

Who gets comforted, and who gets blamed?

Who keeps the peace, and who speaks up?

Who is allowed to need something — and who isn't?

What happens when someone tells the truth?

Without anyone assigning roles, families organize themselves around patterns — and everyone learns a different way of navigating the same system.

Who do you get to be?

Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.

Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
