When it falls away

The falling apart is the coming together.

When the old life collapses — the relationship, the role, the story you were holding together — it can feel like the end. The old traditions called this the dark night: a passage, not a problem to fix. What burns away was never you. What remains is light.

You don't have to walk through the dark alone. If the next right step is the right help — a therapist, a program — we build that plan with you.

Starting November 1

You don't have to walk through the dark alone.

Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.

Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
