Wild Haven · Mind · Body · Soul
Begin exactly where you are. We'll meet you there.
Healing after abuse isn't a straight line. Mind, body and soul are one story, and we care for all of you.
Whether you're still in it, just out of it, or years into rebuilding, there is no wrong place to start. Your thoughts, your nervous system and your spirit are all connected, so we move at your pace and build the next right step with you.
Coaching, circles, and a safe landing pad for women finding their way back to themselves.
The whole of you
Nothing here is separate. It all moves together.
Mind
Make sense of what happened, and find words for it, without being told what to feel.
Body
Let your nervous system learn what safe feels like, at a pace it can trust.
Soul
Come back to your meaning, your faith and your voice, in your own way.
You choose where to begin. The rest follows when you are ready.
A note for you
Coming home to yourself.
Maybe you remember who you were before painful things happened. Maybe those experiences began so early that you never had the chance to know her.
Either way, there is room to meet yourself now.
Healing can feel like coming home to parts of you that have been waiting for care. It can also mean discovering parts you have never known and choosing who you want to become.
I honor the work you are doing. I am proud of you for being here, even if being here is all you can manage today.
How the circles support your therapy
Therapy is where you understand. The circle is where you practice.
Healing tends to move faster when insight has somewhere to go. Circles add steady support between sessions, so the work doesn't stay in one hour a week. They complement your therapist and never replace them.
Therapy helps you understand
In session, you name what happened and make sense of your patterns. That work matters, and it stays yours.
The circle helps you practice
Between sessions, you take what you're learning into a room of women who get it. You feel what safety is like in your body, and you're witnessed without having to perform.
Repetition makes it stick
Four weekly sessions give your nervous system time to rehearse something new. What you learn in therapy starts to show up in your real life.
You stay in charge of how much you share. Circles are $100 a month, starting November 1.
Where are you?
Three ways in. You don't have to know the word for it.
Common questions

Circles and therapy
Starting November 1
The space between therapy and the rest of your life.
Therapy names what happened. This is where you practice living differently — learning what safety feels like in your body, being witnessed without performing, rehearsing what you talked about in session until it becomes something you can reach for. Two monthly containers, both starting November 1. Every group runs, whether five women join or one.
Every group runs · If you're the only one, you get a one-on-one at the group rate · Four weekly sessions, same time each week · Starts November 1
